Our clinical development strategy is based on three fundamental principles. We believe that following these principles will lead to safer and more effective therapies.

1. Use of companion imaging diagnostics to identify appropriate patients and indications.
2. Improved potency of the therapy by using more highly active drugs and more frequent dosing.
3. Lower toxicity through targeting so drug can be combined with other drugs.
