Welcome to Endocyte

The future of drug targeting and predictive medicine…

Endocyte has developed novel technology to improve the safety and efficacy of potent drugs by targeting them directly to diseased cells. Our unique drug guidance system (DGS) may make treatment of cancer and other diseases more successful by enabling the use of higher doses of more potent drugs with greater efficacy and fewer side effects.

This approach is complimented by companion diagnostic agents designed to predict in advance which patients will be more likely to respond to the therapy. We are using molecular imaging agents to determine whether a patient’s diseased cells contain the specific receptors targeted by our DGS technology. Review Endocyte’s Corporate Fact Sheet for more details.

Endocyte currently has six drugs in human clinical trials. The most advanced drug, EC145, is being evaluated in non-small cell lung cancer and ovarian cancer. The PRECEDENT Study is an international study of EC145 used in combination with standard therapy in ovarian cancer patients who have developed resistance to initial chemotherapy treatments. Find out more about the PRECEDENT study now enrolling patients.
